Service Description

Our picnic in the vines package is a uniquely exclusive way to experience the vineyard. It's the perfect date to impress that special someone or way to celebrate with your group of friends. Picnic details: $75 per person Price includes: -Beautifully decorated private picnic space in the vines as photographed (2 hour rental) -1 Wine flight with a souvenir glass per person -1 Dedicated server for your group. A deposit of $100 is collected at booking to reserve your picnic. The remaining balance is charged to your tab when you arrive. You can select from additional upgrade options to make your time even more special. Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time at no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will forfeit the $100 deposit.

Cancellation Policy

- Picnic reservation requests must be approved to finalize. A representative will contact you via email to confirm your reservation and collect the deposit. - Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the reservation for a full deposit refund. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the reservation will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations can be made online up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. After 48 hours contact a staff member: 774-425-2123. - Guests must check in with the staff in the tasting room upon arrival for their picnic. - Picnic reservations are 21+. All guests must present a valid ID when they check in. - For everyone's safety, Nasketucket Bay Vineyard reserves the right to not serve alcohol to any guests who appear intoxicated. - The picnic space can hold up to 6 guests. For larger groups, please contact us at info@peacelovevino.net for custom service options tailored to larger parties. - Picnics are set up on a rug, laid out on the ground with a low table for guests to sit around. Please keep this in mind for any guests with mobility issues. Folding chairs can be provided upon request if needed. - Picnics are highly weather dependent. Nasketucket Bay Vineyard reserves the right to cancel your reservation and refund your deposit due to weather concerns or if the space is too wet from recent rainfall. If this happens, every effort will be made to host your group in our tasting room or to reschedule your picnic to another date. - The picnic space is not covered or heated so please dress accordingly for the weather and temperature that day. We also suggest bringing sunscreen and/or bug spray. - Dogs are no allowed in the picnic space. - Outside food and beverages are prohibited, including travel mugs. Food can be purchased from our on-site food truck during your visit.
